RENHENG announced its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2012

Turnover for the year was approximately HK$145 million, representing a decrease of approximately 6.8% as compared with 2011.  Profit attributable to shareholders of the Company was approximately HK$29.7 million, representing an increase of approximately 15.6% as compared with 2011.  Basic earings per share was HK14.8 cents (2011: HK16.4 cents).
