RENHENG announced its quarterly results for the 3 months ended 31 March 2012

Turnover for the quarter was approximately HK$16,477,000, representing a decrease of approximately 29.1% as compared with the corresponding period in 2011. Profit attributable to shareholders of the Company was approximately HK$527,000, representing a decrease of approximately 49.3% as compared with 2011. Basic earings per share was HK0.26 cents (3 months ended 31 March 2011: HK0.69 cents).
